Unitex is the industry leading medical textile rental service provider serving the Healthcare industry for 90 years. We currently operate nine processing facilities located in the Tri-State area. Since 1915, we have been privately held, family run business.
Our customer base consists of more than 3,000 clients throughout the Northeast, including acute-care facilities, nursing homes, long-term and assisted living facilities, surgi-centers and diagnostic clinics, as well as professional, medical and dental offices. Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth, expanding here in the Northeast along with the Healthcare industry.
We are not going offshore. And being ecologically-minded, we run a green business.
We are currently seeking Route Service Representative for our Uniform facility based in Mount Vernon, NY.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Maintain a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Wear a clean and proper uniform
• Attendance and Punctuality a must
• Keep vehicle clean
• Basic Math skills
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willing to learn
• Team player
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be friendly when interacting with customers and other team members
• CDL License is not necessary
